Specific Requirements for Access
We take the needs of customers who are disabled or who have other access requirements very seriously and actively encourages people of all abilities to attend our festivals.
If you have access requirements for our festival please register your requirements through [email protected]
Please try and sufficiently notify us with your access requirements in advance (which must be at least 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the event) otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cater to your needs, though we will use reasonable endeavours to do so.
Accessibility at the festival
The red circle above indicates a cobbled area of the festival, which will not be accessible for wheelchair users and may be terrain that others may find difficult to traverse.
To access the food and toilet area behind this – which is not cobbled – you will be able to access via an opening located by the festival entrance, which we will be able to help you locate.
Just head to our front of house (labelled above) and someone will be there to help.
