Operating from Westcombe Farm, Woodshedding is an independent microbrewery focused on "simple beers from complex soil." Using heritage grains and regenerative barley, they craft a range of traditional English and German-inspired styles—including session pales and historic milds—that celebrate the direct link between the farm and the glass.
